Almost True; But, Not Quite

A healthy body will crave what it needs.

Beyond a point, a sick body will crave what is poisoning it.

Distinguishing between the two conditions is an art.

However, clearly healthy people can trust their cravings. Isn't that nice!

Neck rash ? Try Small Intestine Flow !

Rashes from the jaw-line to the collar bone may be related to Small Intestine Flow.

Begin with SEL 11 on the side of the neck with the more intense rash.

What does this mean - the connection between neck-rash and small intestine? There are many facets to such a question, beginning with "is" as opposed to "mean." Fifth Depth relates to summer season, so seasonal weakness and/or heat could be involved. Skin eruptions are quite often a purging of toxins. Re-examine your diet; what have you been asking your body to process? The emotional component of Fifth Depth is worry; trust in The Universe and in yourself.

Everything is connected

Remember to combine specific organ/energy-lock/label treatments with integrative treatment - e.g., the Main Central Vertical Flow or alternate 24/26's.

In the absence of gross disequilibrium or critical "labels," a body will find equilibrium. However, some integrative treatment toward the end of a session will facilitate healing and equilibrium.

It is also often useful to begin with an integrative treatment - to see how much re-balancing the body can do on its own . . .and to encourage that re-balancing as you go on to more specific treatment.

First Aid for Non-Digestive Childhood Complaints

Place your palms beneath both calves, with your fingers pointed toward the child's head, for 10-15 minutes duration. This will relax muscles and tension and do other voodoo for you. Remember (both you and the child) to relax and breathe deeply during the treatment!

treating children

Children tend to be less attached to their attitudes and ailments than adults. They haven't yet "owned" their fears and traumas and behaviors- haven't self-identified these elements as part of who they think they are.

For this reason, they are easier to treat. Treatments require less time and/or fewer sessions.

Also for this reason, children are fun to treat. They enjoy the release and balancing of their energies quite visibly. Quite often, they are aware of what has happened more fully than adults and express their relief.

"Don't stop." "More." "I like that."

It's fun!

treating infants

Infants tend to be so amazingly connected to their mothers that treatment can be effected by treatment of the mother. For most conditions, very little treatment is necessary and improvement can be quite rapid.

Once I was seated on a long airplane journey next to a mother and 9-month-old infant. The baby was covered with hives, quite uncomfortable and crying. The mother and I conversed. I explained what I did and asked if she would let me touch the infant. In the cramped conditions of the airplane, treating the infant was the practical solution. She said yes. I put two fingers on the baby's body, while the mother and I chatted. In twenty minutes, the hives were gone completely and the baby was calm.

Arthritis Treatments in JSJ

JSJ offers several modes of treatment for arthritis. While chronic conditions often call for prolonged treatment, JSJ modes of treatment should provide relief after one or two sessions.

Down's Syndrome

Sarah Palin's infant reminds me that Jin Shin Jyutsu literature has a treatment for Down's Syndrome. I have never had the opportunity to apply it. The literature calls for daily treatment for six months from birth. The longer after birth the treatment begins, the more extended the treatment period.

My approach would be to begin the treatment on the pregnant mother as soon after diagnosis as practical.

It is a simple treatment that could be taught to the infant's family, which would minimize the cost and other stress.

If anyone would like further information, I would be pleased to share what I know as a simple kindness.
